Polyethylene Foam

Polyethylene foam is the material of choice for protecting products with sensitive surfaces, delicate finishes or complex geometries. Airpack offers foam in sheet and roll form, across a wide range of thicknesses.

Thanks to its closed-cell structure, polyethylene foam provides superior impact protection, vibration damping and thermal insulation, while remaining lightweight and easy to work with.

Chemically inert and moisture-resistant, polyethylene foam does not transfer substances to packaged products, making it suitable for demanding sectors such as electronics, jewellery and precision instruments.

Available thicknesses and formats

Thin sheet: 0.7mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm — for separation and surface protection
Medium sheet: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm — general protection use
Thick sheet: 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm — cushioning against severe impacts
Block/plank: 60mm, 75mm, 100mm — maximum protection, custom cut
Available as cut sheet or continuous roll
Standard widths: 1m and 1.5m; custom lengths available
Available colours: white, black, grey, anti-static pink
